America’s First Black President:  Warren G Harding.  (also our most under-rated, by virtue of the fact this mediocre doesn’t deserve to be ranked Last.)

The only real mystery here is why he’s trying to defend his appearance at a Nazi rally as anything but “Yes, I am a Nazi.”
