I’m not the first person to say this, and I won’t be the last, but… “wasn’t in the loop”?

If you look up “loop” in the dictionary, circa 2001, you will see, since the items in this loop are in the photograph’s sight, a picture of Richard Clark smack dab in the middle of said loop…

Maybe Cheney would be on the edge of this loop… I don’t know.

Unless we have more than one loop going here. A more… how do you say… loopy loop in parallel with this loop.
